The Metropolitan Police

Hogan-HoweThe Chief Constables of fifteen different police forces have passed three sets of treason allegations to the MET. This is because they realised that they were too important to be handled by a local police force.

Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has over-ridden these senior officers and called the allegations vexatious. This amounts to accusing these senior officers, and those who reported the allegations, of wasting police time.

When you add the words of the police oath to the words of the ‘Total Policing’ poster behind him, his dismissal of the allegations is at best hypocrisy and at worst, WE BELIEVE, misprision of treason.

WE BELIEVE Sir Bernard has put himself above the law which no man can do. This action of Sir Bernard shows that the police are not independent of Government but are in fact their puppets. How else could his action be explained?

If these allegations are in fact a waste of police time, an ECG member has challenged Sir Bernard to have him arrested and brought before a jury in open court. At this moment in time the ECG member is still free. The Commissioner must be made to uphold the law or suffer the consequences for misprision of treason.
